SEAGATE VILLAGE is a unique, historic community of 800 single and duplex condominium homes in the southern end of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Originally built in the 1950s as housing for the U.S. Air Force base at Myrtle Beach, Seagate Village has become a highly-desirable, non-profit Property Owner's Association since 2002.

Our community combines a quiet, small-town atmosphere with the convenience and excitement of a Grand Strand location.  A beautiful canopy of mature shade trees sets us apart from new developments.  All of our well-lighted streets have sidewalks, and there are several lovely open areas for community gatherings.

The popular Barc Parc South is next to Seagate Village on 14 wooded acres with a large lake.  A short bike ride or walk takes you to the campus of Horry Georgetown Technical College and the International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach. Just a few steps further takes you to the stores, movies, and restaurants of the Market Common.  Bicycle and jogging trails surround Seagate Village and our neighborhood adjoins Grand Park where a full-service gym, roller hockey rink, running track, fitness trail, and ball fields are available for use.  Directly to the East across King's Highway (Business 17) is the entrance to the beautiful oceanfront Myrtle Beach State Park which features a fishing pier, picnic areas, nature walks, fabulous beach and dunes, and a large camping area for visitors.
